The Workplay Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable U.S. federal and state law.
Do not enter this Giveaway if you are not a legal U.S. resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry.

Workplay is rewarding users who take real steps toward their goals. Every Blueprint you complete or friend you refer earns you entries toward a $150 cash prize.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).
The Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and those living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon the Entrant’s compliance with all eligibility requirements and fulfillment of all obligations set forth in these Official Rules.
The Workplay Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 10/20/25 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 11/20/2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
There are four (4) methods of entry, as outlined below:
1. Via Blueprint Completion (In-App Entries)
During the Giveaway Period, Entrants who complete a qualifying Blueprint within the Workplay mobile application (“App”) will automatically receive entries based on their active subscription tier at the time of completion, as follows:

Blueprint completions are tracked automatically within the App. The total number of entries will be based on verified completion within the Sponsor’s system.
Throughout the Giveaway Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entry Periods via the App, the official Workplay website (www.workplayapp.com), and/or Workplay’s official social media channels, allowing Entrants to earn additional entries. During a Bonus Entry Period, the number of entries earned per Blueprint completion may be multiplied (e.g., 2x, 5x, or 10x), as stated in the applicable announcement.
NOTE: Any attempt to falsify, manipulate, or automate Blueprint completions to gain entries will result in immediate disqualification from this and all future Workplay promotions.
2. Current Membership
During the Giveaway Period, Entrants who maintain an active Workplay membership will automatically receive entries corresponding to their subscription level on the final day of the Giveaway Period:

Membership status will be verified through the Sponsor’s system. Cancelled, refunded, or inactive accounts at the time of the drawing are not eligible to receive membership-based entries.
3. Via Membership Upgrade or Purchase
During the Giveaway Period, Entrants who upgrade or purchase a new Workplay membership through the official App or website (www.workplayapp.com) will automatically receive additional entries based on their new tier:

NOTE: Any fraudulent activity, including creating duplicate accounts or requesting refunds to retain entries, will result in disqualification and permanent suspension from future Workplay promotions.
4. Via Referrals
During the Giveaway Period, Entrants who refer new users to Workplay through their unique referral code or link will earn ten (10) entries for each referred user who signs up and successfully verifies their email address.
Referral entries are credited once the referred user’s account is verified within the Sponsor’s system. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or unverifiable referrals will not count toward entry totals.
General Entry Conditions
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) computer viruses, bugs, or other technical failures; (ii) tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud; (iii) human error; or (iv) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PLATFORM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant based on an email address, the potential Winner will be deemed to be the “authorized account holder” of the email address associated with the registration in question. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Workplay, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize, including but not limited to:
(i) any technical errors or malfunctions that may prevent an Entrant from entering or participating;
(ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway;
(iii) printing, typographical, or other administrative errors;
(iv) errors in the processing of entries or the administration of the Giveaway; or
(v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, resulting from Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any:
Entrants further agree that, in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrants hereby waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
For New Jersey Residents: Nothing in these Official Rules limits the ability to recover damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, deaths, losses, or damages to persons or property, as well as any claims or actions based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, that may arise from participation in this Giveaway or any related activities, or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible or liable in the event that any portion of the Giveaway is canceled, suspended, or postponed due to weather, fire, flood, strike, acts of war or terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, or any other condition beyond their reasonable control.
Each Entrant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or jurisdiction are hereby expressly waived by them. Section 1542 states:
“A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative (the “Administrator”) on or about 11/20, 2025. The drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via email, push notification, or written notice within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing. It is the Entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact information associated with their Workplay account is accurate and up to date. Failure to respond to the initial notification within the time specified in the communication may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner at the Sponsor’s discretion.
There will be one (1) Grand Prize available.
The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Sponsor’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a five hundred dollar ($150) cash prize (the “Prize” or “Grand Prize”). The Prize will be awarded in the form of a check or electronic funds transfer, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $150 USD. The value of the Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof, and such determination is final and binding and may not be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize is different from the stated ARV at the time of award, the difference will not be awarded.
All expenses and costs associated with the receipt, acceptance, or use of the Prize not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize will be awarded “AS IS,” without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsor.
The Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not made, nor is in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to its condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any fees or other expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Prize. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation, as required by law.
By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
The potential Winner will be required to sign and return to the Sponsor, within three (3) business days of the date of notice or attempted notice, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”) in order to claim the Prize. The Sponsor may also require the Winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.
The Affidavit will require the Winner to provide their Social Security Number, which will be used solely for tax reporting in accordance with federal law. Failure to return the required documentation within the time specified, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. The Prize value is considered taxable income, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 in the name of the Winner for the total value of the Prize.
If the Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, if the potential Winner cannot be contacted, or if the potential Winner fails to comply with notification or documentation requirements within the specified time period, that individual will be disqualified, and an alternate Winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
By accepting the Prize, and where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties, and those acting under their authority, the irrevocable right and permission to use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in all media worldwide, without additional compensation, consideration, review, or approval.
The Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have not made, nor are they responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to its condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that:
(i) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
(ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court located within the State of Massachusetts, and each Entrant expressly submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts;
(iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the Entrant, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable;
(iv) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, or any other damages, including any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and
(v) each Entrant’s remedies are limited solely to a claim for monetary damages (if any), and he or she hereby waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Rules, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included herein.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Entrants and the Sponsor with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
The headings contained in these Official Rules are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision.
No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be valid or effective unless made in writing and signed by the Sponsor. The waiver by the Sponsor of any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
The rights and obligations of Entrants under these Official Rules may not be assigned, delegated, or transferred in any manner without the prior written consent of the Sponsor. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void.
These Official Rules shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the permitted successors and assigns of the Sponsor and the Entrants.
To request confirmation of the Winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state of residence, send a self-addressed, stamped, business-size envelope, postmarked by 1/16/2026 to: Workplay Giveaway — Winners List Request, 248 Providence Highway, Westwood, MA 02090. Requests must be received within a reasonable time after the Giveaway ends.
