The Role
As a CFP® Coach, you will provide on-demand, one-on-one support to Workplay users who choose to upgrade for personalized assistance. You’ll help clients navigate budgeting, debt payoff, savings strategies, credit improvement, and long-term planning, ensuring they feel supported and empowered while using the Workplay app. This is a flexible, client-facing role where you’ll combine professional expertise with Workplay’s innovative technology to transform financial outcomes for real people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial coaching sessions to Workplay users.
- Help clients apply Workplay’s AI-driven blueprints to their unique situations.
- Guide clients on budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, emergency savings, and long-term planning.
- Offer general investing principles and allocation strategies (Workplay does not provide individual stock/crypto picks).
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold fiduciary standards.
- Deliver support in a clear, empathetic, and approachable manner.
Qualifications
- Active CFP® certification required.
- 1+ years of experience in financial planning, coaching, or advisory roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Passion for helping everyday people improve their financial lives.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working within digital platforms.
- Experience with budgeting, debt management, credit counseling, and goal planning preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly with clients across different time zones.
