Workplay is the first financial planning app designed to make personal finance simple, approachable, and actionable. While our AI-driven platform builds personalized blueprints for everyday users, we also know some people need human guidance to gain clarity and confidence with their money.

The Role

We’re looking for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Financial Advisor to be the face of Workplay on TikTok Live. You’ll host engaging live sessions, speaking directly to people about their money concerns, providing validation and direction, and introducing Workplay as the solution. This role will require a consistent presence—around 3 hours per day across morning, noon, and night in the first two months (schedule may change). You’ll be at the front line of building our reputation, strengthening community trust, and driving high-value downloads of the Workplay app.

Responsibilities

You will go live on TikTok multiple times a day to answer real-time questions on budgeting, debt, credit, savings, and investing. During each session, you’ll provide viewers with reassurance, actionable advice, and practical steps to improve their finances, while naturally integrating Workplay into the conversation. You’ll act as a trusted financial voice, helping position Workplay as the go-to app for financial clarity and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Clear and engaging communication style, with a confident on-camera presence
• Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable advice
• Experience with livestreaming or social media content creation preferred
• Passion for financial empowerment, especially for Gen Z and Millennials
