Job Summary
Workplay is a fast-growing fintech app making financial planning simple, approachable, and actionable for everyday people. We’re looking for a creative Videographer Intern to help us produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll work directly with our team to brainstorm ideas, film, and edit engaging videos that bring Workplay’s story to life and connect with our audience in authentic, viral-worthy ways.
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real-world experience in content creation, social media marketing, and startup branding — while building a portfolio of work seen by thousands.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Workplay’s brand voice and style.
- Experiment with trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques to maximize reach.
- Organize and manage content for consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling and pacing.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
- Bonus: experience creating content for your own social media or brand.
